Dear China Post:

I have purchased an item via an ebay user from Hong Kong, and the system says that the item was sent for and tracked all they way to the UK Customs but never got delivered until now. The item was an action figure and it was tracked to have reached the UK on February 11, 2015 but the item never left customs. I have contacted Royal Mail UK and they said that China Post has to conduct and investigation as to what happened to the Parcel. China Post has to inform Royal Mail, so that they can start the investigation on their end as well. I have contacted the seller and no reply was made. Paypal escalated the problem and confirmed they will try contacting the seller. The tracking number is RI313996052CN.

I sincerely ask your assistance in tracking the item.

RI313996052CN is in UK now. Once the parcel arrives UK, Royal mail will take over the control of the parcel. So the best place is to contact Royal Mail and search the exact parcel location. If Royal mail can not find the parcel, you should open dispute and claim refund.
