Hi,

I purchased a table tennis racket from a seller jojoandyou on eBay on Apr 19 2014. Tracking number is item RC729693758CN. Singapore post tried to deliver it to on Jun 10 2014 (almost 2 months later), but by then I had gone to US for a business trip. So the item was sent back to China. As you can see from the tracking information below, the item reached Guangzhou on July 4, 2014. But seller claims that he has not received the item back. It's already more than 90 days. Seller is not responding to my email anymore and has not tried to track the item down.

Is there any way to check whether the seller received the item back?

RC729693758CN was returned to Guangzhou by Singapore Post because of delivery failure. you can not get it.

Dear china post !
i have some issues regarding my 3 boxes of cargo, from zhengzhou henan to destination jeddah saudia arabia. But my cargo boxes was returned back to china(Redirect to my friends address in china) after reaching destination without knowing us !! this is pathetic... these are my tracking Numbers please verify this also my destination address is change now, so please tell me the procedure, how can i get back my cargo back to jeddah? ? thank you !

the parcel was returned, you can not get it back.

it is Redirected to the address of my friend in zhengzhou china post. can he get the returned pakages if he go there and send it back to me after changing the address ?? what is the solution for this? this is not the solution that you mention here that i cannot get it back... i have very personal things in the cargo like my books and marrige clothes.. very holy to me.. please suggest some solution ! thanks
