I've read online that even if you open a dispute aliexpress doesn't do anything about it because they side with the sellers and not the customers. What can i do from this point to guarantee my money back from ADE WU the seller on aliexpress? He hasn't replied to any of my messages. Has anyone dealt with the seller ADE WU?

No man these are lies. AliExpress doesn't side with the buyer or the seller, they take the side of who's telling the truth.
You will definitely get refunded if you opened a dispute because the tracking number the seller provided is fake, this alone will guarantee that you will get refunded.
Besides when you open a dispute, AliExpress doesn't interfere at first until the situation escalates.
When you open a dispute there's two options, the seller can either decline or accept the dispute.
If the seller accepted, you will get refunded in 5 business days.
If the seller decline, you need to escalate the dispute to AliExpress where you provide a reason why you want a refund. From this point if the seller couldn't prove the item has been recieved by you, AliExpress will refund you.
So open a dispute ASAP

Some people waited 10 days and they said the tracking number suddenly was found. Are they telling the truth? Should I wait an extra 5 days to confirm? Or should i open a dispute as soon as possible? Thank you so much for replying and helping me.

Yeah it usually take 3-10 business days for the info to show up. It happened on some orders with me.
I didn't notice you wrote your item was shipped on August 3 so yh you should definitely wait for 10 business days before you start to worry

He just replied to my message to him regarding the supposedly real tracking number. he said that their warehouse told him that they ran out of stock of the item i paid for and said he will send me another one. So i said okay and asked him for the new tracking number. He simply replied that it will be the same tracking number because he hasn't sent the parcel and to trust him and wait 7 more days for the tracking number to work.

The seller seems really sketchy. In the beginning he said he shipped the parcel on august 03 and to wait for the tracking number to work. Now he messages me telling me hasn't shipped the original package but instead will send me an exact same item but in different color. Is it possible to use the same tracking number? I don't get the seller. Should i really trust him for my package to arrive. I mean he lied to me before. I won't be surprised if he lies again.

the seller should have printed the shipping label ,but did not ship the goods. so it is possible he use the old label(with same tracking number on it) to ship another item. you can wait 3 more days and then track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If still no thing, you should open dispute and claim refund.
