hey guys I guess my track number is valid but when i try to track it say all the time since the begging ON ROUTE and here is more than one months waiting perhaps one month and almost 2 weeks and I get nothing and the seller from where i buy it disappeared completely even the page from instagram 😕 im scared my tracking number is RH183598202CN PLEASE can u check Thanks

the parcel arrive Portugal customs on April 28. If you did not get it, it should be rejected by customs. You should open dispute and claim refund from seller
