I ordered a parcel off of aliexpress.com and it says the seller shipped it on 7/09/14 & it is now 7/16/14 & when i go and put the tracking number I was given for my parcel into a chinapost airmail tracking site, no results come up and it says china post has not recieved that parcel number or something like that. Im so confused. The tracking number I was given is RC082198917CN . I talked to the seller whos name is cara henry, & she said they indeed sent my item or whatever & that it takes sometime for logistics to update sometimes. But its been like 4 days since she told me that & Ive tried to message her a few times after that but no reply. PLEASE HELP ME lol. I really want my stuff to come in ok. China Ppst Administrator please help me, did you ever recieve a parcel with a tracking number like that? Someone please help me lol .

should i open a dispute? im not sure if i should yet? I really am anticipating this order china post admin

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all these 3 parcels were just sent to airline. You no need worry.

Here's what you should do:
1.Check the seller's feedback "how many feedback does the seller have, the % of the feedback, does the seller have diamonds or medals or crowns"
2.Try contacting the seller in a message, they will answer you in 48 working hours.
3. Wait 10 business days "10 working days, Saturday & Sunday doesn't count", then track your order if it's still untraceble open a dispute or talk to the seller before opening a dispute.
