Post is my Packet getting exported back from my country?

Hello,
I ordered something from China to germany, tracking number RN639684863CN. A month after exporting my packet from China the tracking gets updated to "Export customs clearance complete". Does it mean that the packet is getting shipped back to china?

Help me, I can't track the packet in Germany with China post tracking number. Thanks.

1. I suspect our parcel was refuse entry to Germany. To confirm that you might want to call Germany Post Office here:

3. While searching the meaning of "Niederaula export customs cleared" I came across a few tracking numbers that I verify and all of them means that the parcel is returning back to China.
