Hello,
I have made an order about a month ago and the latest update on the tracking status was "Importing Security Scan" and the location used to be Shangahai but now for the import security scan its Beijing. So should I open a dispute ? and how can I get my money back ?

It the location just changed to the oldest location which is shangahai but still import security scan,
