hi i order this product around 7 weeks ago and have not recieved its saying null pek for the last 18 days can you help? i did contact the seller but he just refered me to the tracking website
tracking number: RC413214005CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the shipper gave this parcel to China Post on Mar 8(NOT seven weeks ago). normally it will take about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Ireland.
