I've been trying to track my package but there has been no movement on it since the 13th of December. I ordered it on the 7th...it is now the 26th. The last note about the package says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." I'm not sure what that means, I just know it has reached my country yet. I'm in the United States. My tracking # is LS181825958CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS181825958CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to US on Dec 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
