I ordered a product from ebay on 28/ Dec / 2019 & seller blackstc provided this UG972366472CN tracking number on 01/Jan/2020 . But china post has not updated any details since 01 / Dec / 2020 . So where is my package ?

UG972366472CN has No shipping record in china post database . your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
