Why is this shipping service so hard to contact and get thru.... America has holiness for everyone to CA to easlily changer or check on orders. China make it easy for them but hard for everyone else...

1. If the parcel is in the mail, you can not change the address on a China Post parcel.

USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)
