My Package was shipped out on Nov 5 2016. Tracking number RS298631389CN

It has not moved since NOV 5 2016 and the seller is no longer responding. Can someone help me figure out if my package is actually coming or not ?

2. Your parcel should have arrive in Spain by now. You should contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post to find out what went wrong with your parcel.

3. Maybe your parcel is lost or misplace or even that Spain Post has to much work and did not scan your parcel yet on arrival.

now is rush season, shipping time to Spain might take 45 days. If you can not get it by Dec 20, you can open dispute to seller and claim refund.
