Hello my name is Yeva.
I 've orderd an item on 17.02.2014. Here is the traking number RC226115045CN ... there is no info about my parcel since 03.03.2014.
Please can you help me to find out where is my parcel now ?

the parcel is outside of China and might be lost during shipment to Armenia. you should open a dispute and claim refund immediately.

Please I made two purchases last month but don't seem to know were they are please can you help me check and update me... Here are the details
The first
RB501209584CN Location 20110600
The second one is
RC873164259CN Location PEK
Please can you help me find out?

I've seen them just want you to help me interprete the messages... Just wanted to know why one is still in the customs warehouse please.

you need patient, sometime it takes about one to two weeks to pass customs security check. now china is memorial holiday.
