Hello,

what does it mean, when a parcel is held by the customs. Will it carry on? At the moment the parcel is in Milano and shall come to Germany.

Can someone give me more information, please?

stuck in customs for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. government processing takes time, you need some patient.

2. There is 2 possibilities here. Either your parcel is transiting inside China to an Airfield that can fly to Turkey or you should look at this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

3. Just continue to track your parcels for any new movement. Maybe the next scan might be Beijing. Please do take into consideration that it's the busiest time of the year and mail is slow.
