how can you tell me that? i just what to now because the items are still in export scan thats what my my tracking number is showing me, and from the time you told me that it will take 2 to 3 weeks and its almost 3 weeks still no movement why.

the estimated arrival times are based on our previous experience and statistic. You can not get accurate arrival time.

hai yesterday my tracking number was showing me that its on the way to zambia, and today its showing me still in export scan in beljin whats going on those are tv sets what taking them long please?

some people get their china post parcel in one week, some people takes 50 days. It really depends on your luck.

but on your explanation you said chinapost takes 3 to 4 weeks, and today you are saying it depends on my luck its not fair i want to buy same other things from china but you system is very slow.

hai china post i have received wrong items which are headphones and my items were SAMSUNG TV.so please help me i need my TVS put them on xpress i will pay.so i am sending back this headphones on xpress.

Your seller shipped you a wrong item. You should contact your seller not china post.
