Hello! Ask vaschey help. Parcel CP296652766CN to make a final delivery 26.01. Shanghai location. Package has been returned to sender? The sender says it has not received the parcel. He says that the premise was given a new track code. Is this true? When and how it should get the parcel? Pick himself or the postman deliver?

yes. CP296652766CN was returned to sender. It should be delivered by postman. you can not get it. if you are buyer, please open dispute and claim refund asap.

Thank you so much! Another question. A How many days a postman delivered parcel to the sender? Some people say that up to 100 days waiting for? Parcels lost? Why sender been waiting for?
