Post Fake tracking?

I cannot track the following items it has been 7 days total since my order said shipped and
I still cannot track my item

please help I have already opened a dispute with seller

Tracking number is RI137550278CN

order was shipped august 22nd 2014

it is august 28th 2014

is this a fake tracking number?

track here http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if the parcel is REALLY shipped, it will show location and status within 48 hours of shipment. Otherwise it will show as China Post has not received the parcel.

it means seller did not ship your goods or gave you wrong tracking number. You should contact seller and ask for reasonable explanation. If he can not give good reason, then you should open dispute.
