maybe you should wait two more days and track it again. If still no result, you should open a dispute to aliexpress or paypal and claim refund.

Dear Admin.

please can you check the tracking number RC691481734CN. its shows "no result in database" on the tracking website, and under My orders on the aliexpress website it says the seller has shipped my order.

Also on logistics information it shows;
2014.04.03 10:31 (GMT-7): Departure from outward office of exchange
2014.04.02 21:43 (GMT-7): Collection

Please what does this mean? its my first time, + its my very first order.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RC691481734CN was just shipped on April 2nd. you probably need to wait about 3 to 5 weeks to get the parcel.
