Post Fake tracking or not?

Can you confirm if this is a fake tracking or not? RC980513052CN

I order an item from aliexpress seller that doesn't have feedback..yeah i know dumb of me. But I paid for ePacket shipment and the guy sent me a China Post tracking. So I think it's a fake cuz I can't track it.... Thanks
