Post Fake tracking number?

So a few days ago I bought a few things with Paypal from Rulercosplay, I bought my items on the 5th, and saw that they'd been shipped on the 8th, it's only been about two days since it was supposedly shipped. But the fact my tracking number doesn't work worries me...
But I've tried tracking my parcel with the number provided and China post says they've never received it.

I don't know what to do, if the code tracking number is fake or not. I've tried contacting Rulercosplay from the email provided and by their live chat and I have not gotten a response..
I am unsure of what I should do.
Please help. :(

wait 2 business days and track it again. if still shows china post has not received the parcel, you should open a dispute to paypal and claim refund.
