RC490899890CN is fake number. seller never shipped this parcel. you should open dispute to paypal or aliexpress and claim refund.

you can not change address after the parcel is shipped.

I ordered two items and one of them came and the other hasn't. The catch is that both tracking numbers are invalid but i still recieved one item. is CN14002307839955 a real tracking number?

CN14002307839955 is not china post tracking number. your seller might use some other courier to ship the goods.
