Hello dear chinapost,

Please, help me i need your help so much.
Have you accepted a parcel, on 21 June 2014? And was it under my name Griseld Hoxha where the package was going to.

Tracking number: RI016758822CN

Receiver name: Griseld Hoxha

Can you please tell me if it is on my name? Can you please tell if item arrived in Albania is for my name..

the parcel arrived Albania on July 1st but failed delivery. you should contact Albania post and try to arrange redelivery or pickup the parcel by yourself.

I tryed to pick up but they said that this tracking number is on another name not mine.. What is this about? And the package with this track no. They showed me a tiny package.. Is this a problem or fraud? I need to know if this parcel is on my name please..
