1. How did you find out that the parcel was deliver to Texas instead of Ohio!

2. Maybe the seller gave you the wrong tracking number, maybe the seller never did sent your the parcel personally to you, maybe the seller made a mistake and sent to parcel to somebody else.

3. If by any chance the person in Texas call you about the parcel, that person only need to go back to USPS and tell them the parcel was deliver to him by mistake.

4. Last by not least you could open a dispute that you never receive the parcel.

1. I don't know where you got the tracking from but all site tracking China Post does not say anything about the parcel is in USA and certainly deliver to Katy in Texas.

4. So the parcel is On route to USA, we have no mean of knowing that the parcel was receive by the recipient except that it's a register parcel and the recipient need to sign for the parcel and I suspect that signature is available to the seller.

5. You should contact seller and ask clarification about your parcel. But you need to make sure you got the right info to provide him. He need to be able to track the parcel that it was deliver to a Katy in Texas.
