Post Confusing tracking details! Help please

I have 2 orders that say 'Departure from outward office of exchange' from Hangzhou Us on Aliexpress but when I enter the tracking number on china post tracker it says they have not received it.
Which one to believe? One order says this from April 3 and the other from April 9. Can you help please?
