Hello,
I ordered a very special gift for my child November 2nd. It was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. The tracking information says it has shipped. When I clicked tracking # it says:

China Post Item#LT359391463CN Delivery Information in United States
Following information is from USPS official portal

The usps has no record of this tracking number. I am very concerned!!
Please let me know if it has been shipped and if there is a better way to track it.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately the parcel was never mail by the seller. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment

2. If you have the tracking number for more then 10 days, you have the choice to either open a dispute to get your money back or contact the seller and ask him what is going on.
