i have a claim number that i cannot track or have any info on LN681116918CN :(

Hi in trying to figure out why my package has been sitting in china since the 17th, im going out of town and need to know whats going on my tracking number isLN683621899CN

china post has no record of LN681116918CN. If you just got the number, wait one more week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/. If over one week still nothing, you have to open dispute,report fraud shipping and claim refund.
