Post Bad Tracking- Said to contact China post for additional delivery

LW901640747CN Tracking Number. Order number AF8698. My order was places in September. According to the delivery information it was sent in route, I was home all day on October 16th- No one ever came to the door. Why wouldn't it get left or put in my mail box. One tracking says its some where... One says its in route! I want to know where my package is or I want a full refund. I am prepared to go to my banking establishment, the BBB, Facebook and Instagram to warm people this is a scam/ fraud company. I have called the 800- number multiple times- which also seems to be a hoax. I have left 4 emails as instructed on your site. Wheres my package.

USPS website shows the parcel LW901640747CN is now in USPS YAKIMA WA DISTRIBUTION CENTER. You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.

I don't live in Yakima! That's 300 miles away from Maple Valley!!!!! You need to arrange sending it.

China post does not control this parcel anymore, you should contact your local USPS who is responsible for delivery china post parcel in USA.
