I want to report two sellers of ali express. The first one I bought an RC remote from. The receiver was faulty. He agreed to send me a new receiver by DHL. Then he said I can't and forced me to take back only $25. I faced huge loss because of him as the receiver cost me from Pakistan for almost Rs. 4000 so I paid 1500 rs or $15 approx from my own pocket.

Second, I ordered two cheap watches worth only $4.06 in total. I ordered them on 6th August. The seller keeps increasing purchase protection, forces me to close the dispute. I did close it two times and waited. When finally I decided to get my money back, he argued that it is stuck in custom. 5 calendar days had to pass before the dispute ended as the seller was not doing anything to the dispute. On 4th day, he rejected the dispute and let the clocked tick again. I again did it, and it's still going on. He keeps arguing about it being in Pakistan. The last status is of DISPATCHING PAKISTAN 9th September. No updates.
