one week no change of status is quite normal in this season. status might stuck for 4 to 6 weeks.

same problem i have ...my tracking no is RI002052867CN stuck in export custom scan since 2 weeks and more...is this normal

AFTER 4 TO 6 WEEKS MAKE A CLAIM HOWEVER MAIL FROM CHINA TO INDIA TAKE THE LONGEST TIME
