EMS tracking shows lots of weird codes I can't understand.

RY3803662CN is not a tracking number. China Post tracking number has total 13 digits.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 18. It is still in Ningxia.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel just arrived South Africa on Jan 22. You should get it in one or two weeks. You can call South Africa Post and inquiry delivery detail.

You should google South Africa phone number or check your local phone directory. We are not in South Africa.
