2. Normally it should take from 9 to 15 days for a parcel to get to New Zealand. I tried to track it on the New Zealand Post but the site or tracking seems not to function.

3. May I suggest you call New Zealand Post to find out if the parcel arrive in your country. Other then that, your parcel is fine and has been On Route since the 27 Aug from China.

2. There is no indication that the parcel is On Route to UK. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel. There is no movement, he might be able to call China Post EMS to find out what is wrong with the parcel.
