My tracking number is the following:
#RM722212187CN
And should have arrived by now to Australia...
Can i know the situation please, its been almost 2 weeks or more.

1. You might want to look at this:

2. I have check the tracking of your parcel and everything seems to be fine. I guess now is only a waiting game for the parcel to be handle by Australia Post and Border Force staff.

Hello , My tracking number is EA161425678CN from EMS China En Route To Singapore Speedpost

Tracking Results:

Number: EA161425678CN
Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: Singapore
Origin Country: China
2016-10-03 23:10 Guangzhou, arrived at Guangzhou airport processing centre (transfer)
2016-10-03 20:59 Dongguan city, has left the treatment centre in Dongguan, Guangzhou airport
2016-10-03 18:26 Dongguan city, postal express and logistics company, Dongguan city Fenggang Range Rover vote has been received (embrace cast member names: yandongsheng, Tel: 18807690476)

Just like to ask is my package leaving China already at this stage and what does ( Guangzhou, arrived at Guangzhou airport processing centre (transfer) ) the transfer part mean? Does it mean its tranferring to Singapore ? Thanks Alot

1. After tracking your parcel on different sites, only one site is saying Transfer all the other one are saying only Arrival at Sorting Center.

2. It might be that the parcel will fly to another Airport that fly in Singapore. No your parcel has not left China yet. It may take a bit longer because in China right now this week is a National holiday.

1. You should verify Royal Mail site, your parcel is in UK:

07/09/16 23:20 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

2. May I suggest you call Royal Mail about your parcel.
