Status is dispatching since Nov 10 & 11. Prior to that, status was Arrival at inward office of exchange since Oct 28. Is this normal? Will I ever get the parcel? And what shipping service is this? Wedo says they are not a shipping company just a tracking site.

WD017188887CN and WD017183561CN is not china post tracking number. your parcel was shipped by non-trackable airmail. wait another 2 to 3 weeks, if not arrive, open dispute. ebay and aliexpress will give you refund.
