Post Trying to locate parcel

Hi,
I ordered something through Aliexpress on 11/09/17 and it still has not arrived.
The tracking number is RF933379064CN.
It was supposed to have departed China on 20/09/17. Unfortunately It cannot be tracked by Aust Post. It is not a small parcel.
The guy who sent the parcel keeps saying it is because I am so far away and to just wait, but I have never had anything take this long.
He has extended the buyer protection twice already, but I it think it is now really lost.
Is it possible to get any more info on it. Did it actually leave China?

RF933379064CN is china post register mail. Australia Post does not update such parcel info, so you can not track it in Australia Post website. However, you can call Australia Post and inquiry arrival information.

Normally register mail should arrive Australia no more than 6 weeks. Your parcel might be lost in route. I suggest you open dispute to seller.
