i ordered mobile phone from e bay and i got tracking number for it.
tracking number stuck for 2 week.
can you tell me where is my item and what happen?

You seller should NOT use airmail to ship the goods. mobile phone is not allowed because of safety reason. Open a dispute to ebay and claim refund asap, your parcel should have been rejected.
