you might be scammed. You should be within those big website like aliexpress/ebay/amazon which have buyer protection system. Too much cheaters in internet.

I did buy it from aliexpress I dont care if I got scammed I will just open dispute i Was just wondering if it will still be getting shipped or if she was trying to scam me

if you purchased from aliexpress, no need worry. they have strict policy against cheaters. Your seller did not ship the goods with china post register mail. He might have shipped the goods with china post regular airmail which can not be tracked. SYL13631770SJ is just a private reference number not tracking number. If you can not get the goods in 40 days, you can open dispute and you will get refund very easily.
