Post Status on epacket

Hello,
I was wondering if there was any issue with there not being an update on my epacket for 8 days: LX205751378CN or this amount of time is normal. Auspost says it was sent to Aus on the 5th, but there's no tracking for that so I'm not sure if it's actually left. Thank you very much!

1. Auspost must know something that we don't because I track the parcel everywhere and I could not find anything relating to 05 Nov.

2. The only tracking I could find is this:
2016-11-02 21:55
Suzhou city, reach the hub center in Suzhou (transfer)

Which means that the parcel is transferring possibly to maybe a bigger Airfield.

3. Other tracking is not showing me that the parcel has departed China. Maybe they forgot to scan the parcel, I just don't know.

4. You might be able to contact seller and ask him to call China Post EMS to find out if the parcel is OK and departed China.

Hope this help.

Would you know why his parcel has got more tracking information than mine and both with epacket?

@Ifinger

1. Not that I don't want to answer you, but I did answer to you about your parcel, you should read all what I said. You did open 2 topic for your parcel.

2. The parcel here from @steph1989 is not departing from the same place. It has not been mail at the same time.

3. Your parcel has not move one inch as far as I'm concern and I just check your parcel right now.

4. If deep inside you, you feel that the parcel is lost, then open a dispute to get your money back. Seller was not very helpful to you because you had to call EMS China yourself.

5. Like I said if you do not receive your parcel by 28 Nov, just open a dispute.

Hope this help.

Thank you very much for your help :) auspost said it is expected to arrive 25/11. I was just worried in the meantime that there have been no further updates and wondered if this was normal.
