Please get my parcel, tracking ref. RS207958313CN, out of the holding bins and send it
on. I don't want to receive it in pieces, THANKYOU.

2016-08-31 22:27:04.0 Guangzhou international parcel process center received
2016-08-31 23:45:00.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2016-09-01 00:01:39.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou Airport
2016-09-01 09:55:43.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-01 13:51:30.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-09-02 19:55:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-09-02 20:07:48.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

Been at Guangzhou Terminal for 46 days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

1. As far as the tracking goes, your parcel in On Route to Australia. You could ask Australia to do an investigation through China Post about your parcel.

2. You could also ask the seller to call China Post to find out what is wrong with your parcel.
