Post RL022825441CN- No movement since 6th November

Was picked up on 31/10 but has not progressed past Bejing airport and has been there since the 6/11/.

I contacted the seller and he claims this is normal but I am not so sure.

Any advice appreciated.

if no battery inside, it is normal.
