Both these packages were sent in early December.

RK113213792CN is stuck in import scan, bouncing between Guangzhou and Suzhou.

RG099158007CN on the other hand, has been stuck in Import scan, bouncing between Beijing and Guangzhou.

These were meant to be Christmas presents for friends, and it's been over 2 months.

both parcels were rejected by customs. you should open dispute to seller asap.
