Hello Volunteers,

The last known tracking on my parcel RH268516711CN is:

2016-01-27 14:17:56.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

Does that mean the parcel cleared customs 2 weeks ago? Is there any way to track where it may be in Australia?

Aus Post does not post arrival information in their website. you should ring Aus post at 13 7678 and inquiry them about arrival information.
