Sorry, but what does this answer mean?
I checked the tracking system, but it says that the parcel has not been recived from China post, and the seller tells me that the order was sent out on 15th and item has been shipped on the 18th march.

"the parcel has not been received by China post" means your seller did not ship the goods on Mar 15. He lied to you.

Hi, seems that the parcel had been shipped a few days later, but now the tracking system shows me that the parcel is passing some kind of export scan.
How long will it usually take and when this is parcel is supposed to leave CHina?
