I have the following tracking information:

Summary

Tracking number Origin Destination Status
EA017115824CN CHINA AUSTRALIA On route
History Detail

Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
26-Nov-2016 18:28 Received by Post Office 200336
27-Nov-2016 00:45 Item returned from export Customs/Security SHANGHAI EMS
27-Nov-2016 00:46 Departure export customs SHANGHAI EMS
27-Nov-2016 01:42 Departure export customs SHANGHAI EMS
27-Nov-2016 01:42 Item returned from export Customs/Security SHANGHAI EMS

What does "Item returned from export Customs/Security" mean and why has it happened twice? Does this mean my item is still in China or travelling to Australia?

1. Parcel was Customs clear 2 times.

2. Right now this is the tracking of your parcel:
2016-11-27 00: 00: 00.0 01:42:47 Shanghai to leave the processing center, sent to AUMELB

3. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to Melbourne. Just continue to track your parcel on the Australia Post Site for any new movement of your parcel.

Then you have to go and translate the info.
