Post Parcel returned to sender from shenzhen?

my parcel : tracking number LX101771808CN, has been 'cleared and awaiting international departure' from Shenzhen since April 17th, according to the auspost tracking site, and has not changed its status since then. however, if i track it on aftership or this site, it says that the parcel has been returned to the sender. What has happened? i thought the parcel returns were affecting mostly Wuhan?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel LX101771808CN was returned to shipper in Shenzhen on May 20. Not sure return reason. Our system shows Shenzhen is another city with huge return rate.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
