i purchased a phone off ebay and had to return due to being faulty

item seems to be lost or something

it has had 25 attempts of delivery to

this china address

our return address as below : kindly return via USPS,
no DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS.

Futian,shenzhen,guangdong, China

1. If the recipient does not want to help you then you could ask Australian post advise on the parcel you sent to China.

2. Maybe you just lost your money, you could try to open a dispute to get your money back but I think it's going to be very hard to do.

3. That is the only thing I can think of right now.

Seller has not responded to me with recent update.. Does delivered mean

1. It means it was delivered to the name and address that was mark on the parcel. You have sent the seller E Mail before and he almost never responded, so it's not the first time.

2. At least you have proof that he did received the parcel.

Seller now claims china post tracking information is wrong ..

And he only uses

track.ru website
hmm how can chinapost have wrong information??

1. The only thing I can tell you is that you have a bad seller in you hand.

2. You already ask Australian post to do an investigation. You did all the thing you should have done.

3. Maybe you could report him to E Bay, I don't no how you can do that.
