1. Maybe you should have inform yourself before you bought the phone what was the return policy of the product if it did not work.

2. That said, you should return the phone to them and pay from your own pocket otherwise you will not get your money back.

3. The best thing to send the phone back to China is Registered Mail with a signature and also insurance on the parcel. That would be the more secure way to send the parcel back to China. You should ask your Postal Office near you the best way to ship back the parcel to China.
