Post Moved house - need to change parcel delivery address.

I ordered a product in early December 2016 to be delivered to my address in New Zealand that has just today been allocated a China Post EMS code:
China Post EMS: RB003103653AE
The problem is I have recently moved house to a new address - same city, same suburb just different street address - so my original delivery address does not apply any longer. I want to find out how I can ensure the package does not go to my old address but rather the destination address is changed so the package is delivered to my new address.
How do I do this?
