I sent back an item back in January, I cannot track it, Australia Post said it landed in China on the 24th of January. They have not receive the item yet, and i have been told to contact you to track it down. Tracking number is RQ050010592AU. It cost quite a bit and i am concerned.

RQ050010592AU arrived shanghai one month ago. it should have delivery problem. ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.
