This parcel was sent to me in July and has still not arrived RH020590479CN. Can you please help?

it must have been lost or rejected. why did not you take action earlier?

It was a purchase through Ebay. I contacted seller many times and they said it was sent and they would follow it up. I kept on contacting until they ignored all my emails. I then contacted Ebay to try and assist but they couldn't help either. Is it possible to trace now?

open dispute case in ebay, if seller does not reply your case, you will get refund.

Ebay would not open a dispute as they said it was lodge too late. Can the parcel be traced through the tracking number?
