Trying to trace parcel #LO912359696CN.
Understanding the delays at the moment, but not the lack of postal service scans / updates. Posted from Quanzhou City by a large supplier, took 11 days to be processed in
XIAMEN (CN). 24th March - International departure - enroute to Australia.

It doesn't even take 7 weeks by ship these days. Australia Post / Customs are advising it never left china. Any help pls?

To stop covid-19 virus, most of airlines between China and Australia are cancelled. Too many parcels are waiting for no space. You need some patient. After the virus crisis ends and airlines back to normal, these parcels will finally be shipped to Australia.
